The Jags:
They have been terribly owned for the passed 20 years by Shahid Khan. This has led to moves like getting Zay Jones, Evan Engram, and Christian Kirk signed for way to much money being average receivers. They stacked up the d-line with Travon Walker out of Georgia and now will have a great linebacking core. Hopefully with a young QB and a new coach, they can at least manage a 5-11 record.
2. The Lions:
The move to stay with Jarred "The Goofball" Goff was not a good one. But they did get a few new studs in Jameson Williams and Aiden Hutchinson. They are hoping that these to can carry the team to a better future. This might take a while but at least Detroit is kind of a fan favorite.
3. The Jets:
The Jets where very focused on defense in this draft. But they did get a few new offensive weapons for Zach Wilson. These include Breece Hall, Garrett Wilson, and Jeremy Ruckert. All of these players will boost a waiting Jets team that hasn't been to the playoffs since Broadway Joe.
4: The Texans:
There is A LOT of problems with the Texans so I saved them for last. First of all, they have a terrible receiving core, QB group, O-line, and RB core. They NEED to get their act together or else they'll be worse than my Jags.
