Jags Draft

The Jacksonville Jaguars are set to have their second 1st overall pick in the past two years. With the 1st overall pick, most teams take a QB. Well… the Jags can’t do that this year. Last year they took the best QB prospect since Andrew Luck, Trevor Lawrence. This year has a thin QB class and the Jags need defense. They could take a number of great defensive players that include, Kayvon Thibodeux out of Oregon, Adam Hutchinson out of Michigan, Derek Stingly JR. out of LSU, or Kyle Hamilton out of Notre Dame. The Jaguars also need O-Lineman, the draft always seems to hold great offensive lineman for teams to pick. This year the Jags could also take Ikem Ekwonu out ofN.C. State, Evan Neal out of Alabama, or maybe Tyler Linerbaum out of Iowa. A player they don’t need but could be a luxury to T-Law is the WR Drake London out of USC (Even though a WR hasn’t been picked 1st overall ever, (I think) it could be a good pick.) They also might take another HB, but this pick might be in the 2nd round. This pick would be reasonable because their 1st 2nd and 3rd string HB are all out and two of them might not come back immediately next year. In conclusion all these picks could be good ones for a long time. They also could trade away the pick for more picks or good players, but we don't have to get into that do we?
